In 2012, I made the wise decision to pursue my passion in photography and visual arts, I ventured north into the coast via PCH and 101 freeways. As I began my journey across Los Angeles, into endless morning traffic, I soon found myself lost in the Malibu coast, this was the first time I had every driven past downtown LA on my own. I moved to Santa Barbara to study photography at Brooks Institute and at the time, the school was located in two places, one campus on Mason Street down in the Funk Zone, and the other on Cota Street at the old Lyon Building. I spent most of my time shooting assignments in Santa Barbara and quickly learned about the people and the environment. What a place. After many years of hard work, I graduated and decided to stay in Santa Barbara. This small town has brought me many opportunities since. What I really like about this town, is all the greenery, IT IS EVERYWHERE! Lastly let's not forget these sunsets, they are always the best ending to a great day in Santa Barbara.
This is just one of many quick anecdotes about this gorgeous town. Stay Tuned.
