February 2018 Real Estate Market Report

We are still trying to get a handle on the full affects of our most recent natural disasters on our real estate market. No one truly knows the short term and/or long term effects that this may have on the Montecito market, but every one knows Montecito is one of the most beautiful places to live in the whole world. We've seen how strong our community is and have all witnessed amazing acts of kindness and neighbors helping neighbors. But how does all of this translate into real estate sales? Well, the Hope Ranch market has sure seen an uptick in sales and pending sales this past month. Average and Median sales prices are also seeing a boost up from last year.
