Our Santa Barbara real estate community has been quite busy. The Spring market seemed to come early this year and we're looking at a very active market, getting even busier. The biggest takeaway from this past month... prices are up over 2017, both condominiums and single family residences. With rising prices and a low inventory of homes to sell, it is a great time to be a seller.
