Happy Summer time! As we enter into our Summer season, we are still seeing a strong real estate market. Sales numbers are up significantly in the condominium market, prices are also up compared to last year in the condo realm. Our single family residence prices remain higher than this time last year, however the number of sales this year in May over last has decreased slightly.
